By accessing or using tibok, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the software.

License

tibok uses a hybrid licensing model:

Core Application License

The core tibok application is licensed for non-commercial use only. Under this license, you may:

  • Use the software for personal, educational, or non-commercial purposes
  • View and study the source code
  • Modify the source code for personal use
  • Share modifications with others for non-commercial purposes

You may not:

  • Sell, rent, lease, or otherwise commercially distribute the software
  • Use the software in a commercial product or service without a separate commercial license
  • Remove copyright notices or license terms

For commercial use, distribution, or sale, please contact k@emberwisp.xyz to obtain a commercial license.

Plugin System License

The tibok plugin system (including plugin APIs, infrastructure, and development tools) is licensed under the MIT License. This allows open source and freely usable plugin development.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NONINFRINGEMENT. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE AUTHORS OR COPYRIGHT HOLDERS BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES OR OTHER LIABILITY, WHETHER IN AN ACTION OF CONTRACT, TORT OR OTHERWISE, ARISING FROM, OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE SOFTWARE OR THE USE OR OTHER DEALINGS IN THE SOFTWARE.
